Renal and Renal Diabetes FOOD SPIRAL®: 2Y

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Sugar-Free Strawberry Jell-O®

  • 1 cup sliced Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, Blueberries or Blackberries 

  • 2 cups Water

  • Optional: Lite Cool Whip- 1 oz. for all servings. (1 teaspoon per serving)

 

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of hot water.

  2. Add the boiled water to the Jell-O® mix in a bowl and stir until smooth.

  3. Add in the sliced strawberries and berries of your choice.

  4. Pour into mason jars or any other fun cup you have.

  5. Refrigerate until the Jell-O® has set. 

  6. Add the Lite Cool Whip on top, if desired.

 

1 Serving = 1/2 cup, Makes 4 servings.

  • 1 small container of fresh Strawberries

  • 1 cup crushed Pineapple

 

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of hot water.

  2. Add the boiled water to the Jell-O® mix in a bowl and stir until smooth.

  3. Slice the strawberries and pineapple and then add them to the Jell-O® mixture.

  4. Refrigerate until the Jell-O® has set.

  5. Add the Lite Cool Whip on top, if desired.

1 Serving = 1/2 cup, Makes 4 servings.
