Diabetes FOOD SPIRAL®: 1G

Low Sodium FOOD SPIRAL®: 4Y (2Y without Cheese)

Renal and Renal Diabetes FOOD SPIRAL®: 5R (3Y without Cheese)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Egg BeatersĀ®

  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables of your choice (Mushrooms, Onion, Peppers, Tomato, etc.) Renal and Renal Diabetes- Peppers & Onions

  • 2 T. Low Fat Monterey Cheese, grated

  • Salt and Pepper- Low Sodium, Renal and Renal Diabetes do not add Salt

Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables in a skillet and set aside. Spray with a non-stick coating.

  2. Put Egg BeatersĀ® in a skillet, add vegetables, cheese and seasonings.

  3. Cook over low to medium heat.

  4. Fold the omelet in half. Divide into 2 portions.

  5. Put on a plate and enjoy!
