Raspberry Jam

  • 1 cup frozen Raspberries

  • 1 t. Olive Oil

  • 1 T. Chia Seeds

  • 1 T. Honey


  • 1 cup Oats

  • 2 T. Chia Seeds

  • 3/4 cup Almond milk

  • 1 T. Honey


  1. Jam: Heat and stir the raspberries and olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in the honey and chia seeds once the berries are mushy.

  2. Allow for cooling then place in the fridge.

  3. Oats: Mix everything in a bowl. Refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.

  4. Scoop alternating layers of jam and oats into a jar and top with a few fresh raspberries and some whipped topping.

1/2 cup = 1 Serving. This recipe makes 5 Servings.
