  • 1 T. Butter

  • 1 quart Pecan Halves

  • Sea Salt as desired- do not use for Low Sodium, Renal or Renal Diabetes


  1. Set the oven to 175 degrees F.

  2. Place the pecans on a baking dish.

  3. Melt the butter and then drizzle over the pecans.

  4. Bake for 3 hours and then let cool.

1 serving = 5 Pecan halves or 2 T./1 oz. Toasted Pecans.
