Ingredients:

  • 25 to 30 Cherry Tomatoes

  • ½ Vidalia Onion, small

  • 2 to 3 Jalapeno Peppers, small (*seeds are what’s hot)

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • Handful of Cilantro

  • ½ tsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • ½ Lemon or Lime

  • 1 pinch of Salt and/or Pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Chop the tomatoes, onions and jalapeno peppers.

  2. Put all the ingredients into the food processor/blender.

  3. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Service the salsa with whole wheat chips and/or raw vegetables.

  5. Enjoy!

 

1 serving = about 3.5 ounces. This recipe makes 6.5 servings.
