Renal and Renal Diabetes FOOD SPIRAL®: 5R

  • 1 cup Sugar-Free, Non-Fat Yogurt or Lite Cool Whip®

  • 1/3 cup Oranges, fresh

  • 1/3 cup Blackberries or Blueberries

  • 1/3 cup Strawberries or Raspberries

  • 2 T. Granola

Directions:

  1. Rinse and peel the Orange and set aside some of the orange rind (orange peel or grated peel).

  2. Rinse berries and set aside.

  3. Layer your cup or bowl with the yogurt, fruit and granola.

  4. Garnish with orange peel or grated orange peel. You may also add some of the fruit or leaves.

1 Serving = 3/4 cup. This recipe makes 2 Servings.
