Healthy, Diabetes and Carb Counting FOOD SPIRAL®®: 1G


  • 1/4 cup Pineapple and/or Oranges

  • 1/4 cup Blackberries and/or Blueberries

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries and/or Kiwi

  • 1/2 cup Grapes

  • 1/2 cup Peaches


  1. Rinse all of the fruit well and drain or let dry.

  2. If you decide to include them, peel the kiwi and pineapple.

  3. Slice the strawberries/kiwi, grapes, pineapple/oranges and peaches.

  4. Place all fruit in a glass bowl and enjoy!

For the Healthy FOOD SPIRAL®®, 1 cup = 1 Serving. For all the other FOOD SPIRAL®s®, 1/2 cup = 1 Serving.

This recipe makes 2 Servings on the HFS and 4 Servings on the rest.
