  • 2 cups Non-Fat No Sugar Added Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Granola

  • 1 cup Blueberries

  • 1 cup Strawberries

  • 1 Kiwi

  • Optional: Mint leaves


  1. Find 4 small cups.

  2. Wash and slice the fruit.

  3. Layer the yogurt, granola and assorted fresh fruit inside the cups in this order.

  4. Garnish if desired.

  5. Serve cold.

1 Serving = 1/2 cup. This recipe makes 8 Servings.
