Spray a skillet with Pam® spray. Lay the whole grain tortilla on the skillet and allow it to heat. Add cheese, corn, black beans and desired vegetables to one side of the tortilla. Once the cheese has melted, add salt and pepper to taste and then fold the tortilla in half. Place on a plate and enjoy!
