1 c. Mixed Nuts

1 c. High Fiber Cereal

1 c. Raisins

1 c Chopped Dates



Combine all and place in a air-tight container.  This mixture is good for 2 weeks.

This recipe can easily be double or tripled as you need.

Substitutions: dried cranberries, dried mixed berries, dried apples, currents, banana chips, dried mango, dried papaya, dried pineapple, dried apricots, whole wheat pretzels, soy nuts, slivered almonds, roasted peanuts, cashews,  different cereals.
