1 cup Egg Whites

1/4 Avocado

1 slice Whole Grain Bread

Salt and Pepper

Pam® spray


Cook egg whites on the skillet using Pam® spray. Put slice of bread in toaster and toast until desired crisp is met. Slice and mash 1/4 avocado. Take toast from toaster and place on a plate. Add avocado and egg whites on top of toast. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
