1 Gluten Free Pizza Crust

1 can Tomato Sauce or Tomato Puree

1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 cup red, green and yellow bell peppers, sliced

T. each of fresh thyme, oregano

1 t. red pepper flakes- optional

2-3 c. Mozzarella, Provolone and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1/2 c. chicken strips, cooked or ground beef, cooked


Swirl the tomato sauce or puree on the raw pizza crust and top with the sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, fresh spices, red pepper flakes, cheese and grilled chicken strips or ground beef. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 or 15 minutes to desired doneness.
