2-3 T. White Wine Vinaigrette

½ cup Chickpeas

¼ cup Red Onions, diced

½ Avocado, diced

½ t. Garlic Powder

½ cup mixed Vegetables, such as Tomato, Pepper or Broccoli (optional)

2 cups Kale


Get a mason jar and put the white wine vinaigrette on the bottom.Then, add the chickpeas and red onions. Next, add the avocado and optional mixed vegetables and season the salad with garlic powder. Top with the 2 cups of kale.
